Alessandro Tiscione

Alessandro Tiscione even as a child breathed the air of the kitchen together with his father Salvatore.

Among his first experiences, Alessandro as soon as he was 18, taught cooking in amateur courses at Gambero Rosso, but his great passion for Pastry quickly led him to train in great restaurants, even starred ones, and win competitions around the world.

Over the years he works alongside some of the best Italian and international chefs and pastry chefs.

Today he collaborates with very important companies in the confectionery industry, is a talented and sought-after Pastry consultant, and a teacher at Gambero Rosso Academy
